Terms of Use

The site is built and run by Devin Pearson, a Toastmasters member, as a personal project. It is independent and unofficial: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Toastmasters International or any of its districts.

The figures come from the performance reports Toastmasters International publishes on its public dashboards (dashboards.toastmasters.org). They are collected regularly and reorganised here; some values, such as averages, rankings, growth figures and “potentially Distinguished” counts, are calculated by this site.

The data and the Toastmasters trademarks belong to Toastmasters International. This site claims no ownership of them.

The data can be late, incomplete or wrong, whether at the source, in collection or in this site's calculations. It is for information and planning only.

Don't rely on it for official purposes such as Distinguished recognition, Distinguished Club Program goals, membership payments, officer training credit or elections. Always confirm with the official Toastmasters International reports and with your district leaders.

You may use the site for your own Toastmasters club, area, division, district and region work. Please don't:

• present the site's figures as official Toastmasters International data or results;
• use the names of members that appear in the reports (such as club coaches, sponsors or mentors) for marketing, unsolicited messages or anything unrelated to Toastmasters;
• scrape, copy or mirror the site in bulk, or send automated traffic that puts a load on it;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or misuse the contact form.

The site is provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, the site's owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site, relying on its data, or the site being unavailable.

The site links to tools and sites run by others, including those on the Links page. A link is not an endorsement, and those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Some outbound links carry a referral tag (utm_source=devin_dashboard) so their owners can see the visit came from here; no payment is involved.

The site, its features and these terms can change, or the site can be paused or closed, at any time and without notice. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed; using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
