Privacy & Cookies
Last updated 30 October 2026
The Toastmasters Dashboard doesn't have accounts and doesn't sell or share personal information. This page explains the little it does collect, the cookies and browser storage it uses, and how to change your choice.
Data shown on the site
The dashboards show Toastmasters International's public performance reports (see the Terms of Use). Those reports include club details and, in places, the names of members such as club coaches, sponsors and mentors. To ask for something to be corrected or hidden here, use the contact page; changes at the source need to go through Toastmasters International.
The contact form
When you send a message, your name, email address, message type and message are emailed to the site owner through the email service Resend, so they can reply. The name, email address and message type also appear in the site's server logs at the hosting provider. They aren't stored anywhere else or used for marketing.
The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA sends information about your browser and how you use the page to Google, and sets its own cookie; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. It only loads on the contact page.
Your choices
You can change your cookie choice at any time. You can also clear this site's cookies and storage in your browser settings, which resets your theme, favourites and cookie choice.
Contact
